At the moment, the term just means its the original manga/hwa/hua before it is translated.
If I am remembering right, many years ago when we had to use P2P file share services to download chapters of mangas, the images had the .raw extension (as opposed to jpg or png or something) and that was why they were called raws. ".raw" image format was common at that time for pirated mangas. I dont know if these still exist but I guess it just made sense in English to call the original mangas 'raw' so the term stuck around even though the format disappeared.
This is based on my experience/memories of early 2000s, so it may be wrong :)
Okay can someone tell me what raws mean like I know they’re the untranslated manga but what does it stand for
