Airi couldn't control his feelings. And yes they are gross and uncomfortable and he knows it, so how the hell is he suppoesd to tell Itsuki. He was still honest with him, he still told him he loved someone else and turned him down at the beggining. When he finally decides to date itsuki it wasn't purely out of rebound. He still cared for him and knew he would grow to love him (which he did,) even if he also wanted to move on from liking his brother (which I feel is undestandable and realistic.) I'm not really getting the Airi hate is what I'm saying basically. I think the shortness of the story might be what contributes to people misunderstanding Airi's character? Don't get me wrong the flow of the story is great and the author is really talented at pacing but something tells me that if this had had two volumes instead of one so much more could've been explored and it would've made the resolution in ch 6 (the only chapter that feels rushed imo) more satisfying.
