Doesn't this story end really badly?

I can't remember, but I think it was this story. The FL is r**ped and has a child in the novel, she is still betrayed by her brother in the end.

They will be changing it to a torture scene though as the FL being r*ped was too dark and gruesome for many readers.

She wasn’t actually gangraped or tortured. She was actually threatened with the former by the crown prince(?) but then the author realized that might be too much, so then they changed it to she was threatened to have her face ruined. However, the ml saved her in time so none of that happened.
