Okay I read it from the link as well because I hate waiting and the first 3 chapters seemed SO promising. But what you said are my thoughts exactly. Everything went so fast it was confusing and rushed. I believe this could have been better had the author laid the plot out over at least 10 more chapters, but I could see it developed well with a total of 50. I'm not a webtoon artist so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but I feel this way anyways lol. Also I don't know what the hell happened to the love interests fairy like why was he in the room the whole time under clothes. They also didn't really try to find them. The side character with blonde hair and the green haired fairy wasn't even needed honestly because it felt so out of the ordinary. I don't understand the point. The art is really good and the idea is a really interesting concept, but the execution just aint it. I didn't even read the rest after I saw love interests reaction to MC telling him he could see fairies. Like you said, everyone reacts differently, but this could have led to a good climax. ALSO THE SISTER and family like what the hell is with that. They're vaguely mentioned and should have been brought up a bit more. This is soooooo over the place sorry lmoa

Yea you addressed a lot of issues that I wanted to bring up!
Ml's fairy is plain selfish. He knows that the ml got into a car crash because of him but is still hiding away in his room. There was honestly no point in him even hiding if he didn't know the mc was coming because the ml can't even see him! I think the author kept forgetting that.
The green haired guy... why is he just looking for a fight all the time? And in the worst places? Who wants to pick a fight in a dirty bathroom or after waiting in a line for 30 min? Both times they were just plot devices to move the story along and it's soooo obvious. Also the reaction the extra characters had to the 'fight scene' in the restaurant was hilarious in how bad it was. So when the guy was picking a fight they quietly and nervously walk away but when the auntie comes by to scold him they all start clapping? Imagine that happening in real life lol. Auntie: "I need to have a talk with your mom about this behavior!" Extras: "Wow! Awesome! That's amazing!" Like wut is that reaction.
And yes the sister! What on earth is she doing? So she doesn't help him when he's actually being bullied, but wants to ruin the only friendship that he has?
While I'm ranting and nitpicking some more, let me talk about the ml, who is honestly the weirdest person out of everyone in the story. His thought process is inexplicable. He asks the mc if his sister looks like him, then when the mc says that she does, he wants him to introduce her to him. If I was in the same situation I would think like the mc-- why would he ask how she looks unless he was interested in that way? And then theres all the other incidents I listed in the rant above. There's also this tidbit from one of the extras where he explains how he fell in love with the mc. I wasn't expecting much, tbh, the mc was so passive there wasn't much to choose from. But still the reason was so bad it blew me away. It was... because he liked the mc praying before eating. No seriously, that's it. Nothing about his personality, just he likes how he looked when he was praying.
If there was a relationship like theirs in real life where they fall in love because of such shallow reasons, I can't imagine their relationship lasting long.
So I read the whole story ( https://anordinarymangareader.blogspot.com/p/do-you-know-fairy.html).
(Spoilers- warning, a huge rant)
Don't read this if you don't want to be spoiled for the entire story.

Honestly I think that it started very strong but emm, it went downhill fast... the relationship development is way too quick, the ml seems to fall in love with the mc for no other reason than that he feels comfortable around the mc, which is just because his fairy is by the mc's side. Later ml's fairy disappears and it was strange to me how he has a headache but it disappears once the mc appears even though ml's fairy isn't by mc's side? Sure that might be because of love but at this point they've only known each other for a few days, and the only reason ml even sat by mc was because of his fairy. At that point shouldn't he feel like something is off because he doesn't feel like he did when his fairy is around the mc? I really felt as though the plot was controlling the characters instead of the other way around.
Plus the background characters are so 2-dimensional it's unbelievable. Actually no, it's the main characters that are two dimensional and the background characters are in one dimension, because they are so flat they imploded on themselves and became a dot. They act in totally illogical ways and for some reason they comment on everything the mc does. Like what business do they have getting all up mc's grill? If the transfer student wants to sit next to the mc so what? If the mc is laughing why do you still have to comment 'oh he's weird but he's pretty'? What the heck? You have to constantly talk about how strange the mc is? Does the world revolve around the mc or what?
Characters act like they're kindergartners and can't seem to talk things out AT ALL. Ml's fairy gets mad then disappears for half the story. Ml gets mad then stops talking to the mc, for an absurd reason. The mc has only known you for a few days! It's completely reasonable that he doesn't want to tell you his deepest darkest secret just yet! And when they DO make up, guess what? The ml wasn't mad to begin with! Apparently he completely disregarded yesterday's conversation even though he seemed so mad about it and the entire time he was just nervous because he wanted to confess to the mc! First of all... WHAT? Um, are you just gonna ignore what happened? And where the heck did THAT come from? You decided you were gonna confess after mc told you that his secrets were none of your business? Really? You couldn't find a more opportune time???
Mc tells him his secret, and ml accepts it right away. You know what, people have different reactions to stuff like this, it's whatever. But then the mc says something about ghosts and how they're dangerous and guess what? Ml says to go where they are to see if he 'can get an understanding of it so he understands mc's fears'. Huh?? You didn't hear what the mc said? Plus what would that even do? It's not like the ml can see it. But of course they go, because the author needed a climax to the story.
They go... and this starts one of the most bland climax ever. Basically they go to the street with the ghost and mc explains that here's where all the bad stuff have been happening. Ghost starts taking shape into something like a tornado. Mc's fairy turns into a human form and holds it back, but soon he is overpowered and turns back into a fairy. The mc decides that he has to do something to protect the ml and his fairy since he has been passive for the entire comic. He thinks ' I have to protect them!' while facing the ghost... and then he immediately gets dragged by the ghost onto the street. A car's about to hit him when the ml pulls the mc in but for some reason they both end up on the street, waiting for the car to hit them. Then the ml's fairy shows up out of nowhere and saves them, ruining the person's car in the process. He IMMEDIATELY dispells the ghost with one hit... I thought mc's fairy was supposed to be powerful? Why did his fairy faint while this one got rid of it immediately? And then ml finally understands mc and his feelings about seeing the guardian fairies! Except not really because this never happened before and it only happened because ml wanted to see the ghost... What was even the point.
I love the art. I loved the beginning of this story. But it's disappointing, really. Mc and ml got feelings for each other way too quickly which made their relationship feel cheap. If the author took more time making the characters feel realistic, and fleshed out the plot more, it would've been one of my favorites.
