Cuz they are scared from tatsuya he can legit destroy the whole humanity (according to Yotsuba Maya )with his power. At first yotsuba wished such a power because they thought no one will be able to touch the clan but later clan people started to see him as a monster and a result of their sinful wish for power. They cant kill him so wish for his solation from entire world....except Maya cuz humanity destruction is her real wish.

also Tatsuyas power is god lvl.. he can heal any injury or damage as long as its not 100% dead = if the brain and organs are still functional they can be revived. That + his powers of destruction makes him both a god like being and a demon like being. He was "Made" for the god like power, but with it came the demon like power that they fear + no emotional atatchment to the world other than to Miyuki.
In short miyuki is his sole master or the only one can stop him
