there is no fixed rules set how omegaverse really work.
but there is one yaoi (alpha x beta) they did have a kid.

I seriously thought I mastered all about omegaverse in yaoi and ao3 but there seems to be additional criteria each time so it definitely depends on the author. Most authors love to stick with only omega can have children cause beta can't take knots. Even of beta in the story get pregnant, the pregnancy is insecure. Lol I'm talking like it happens in reality
