Ah I never knew why she bothered me. It's definitely this! Although I didn't hate her as much as other readers, I couldn't bring myself to like her either. MC danced a fine line between life and death while Jennette expected to just be given love. And in the og timeline, it really was handed to her on a silver platter. They were both equally good girls. The injustice is real!

ever since the beginning, ive never liked janette, she didnt do anything wrong i know that, it’s just that, athy had to work hard to get to where she was with her father, and worked even harder after he lost his memories and then [spoiler for the ending] janette spends some time with them and becomes a part of the family?? just like that?? are you serious?
