this is the last time imma comment about this chapter and imma be back when another one’s out. first, i saw people who’s saying “just because he’s mentally ill doesn’t mean he’s excused of what he did” or some shit like that, hello?? people were just saying that he’s mentally ill that’s why he did those?? but did you see anyone saying that “he did those because he’s mentally ill so it’s not his fault” NO! he’s mentally ill and did those and it’s not a reason that’s enough to justify what he did but we can’t still ignore the fact that he’s mentally ill. Second, stop comparing different mental cases ffs people have different ways of thinking, how they cope, how they feel safe and reassured and some shit, so stop. Third, this is my opinion against some of y’all so yeah. i feel like he never loved dojun, his parents are shit and pressured him. fourth, he was like that to kyungsoo because he is used being alone, not having someone to lean on to, bottling his feelings and overthinking. his parents were never there for him and even pressured him, people judge him too easily like how y’all are doing, and then this kyungsoo came and chowon’s starting to open up to him but no, he let him down. he confronted chowon, yes. he asked why chowon did it, yes. chowon explained but it sounds like an excuse to kyungsoo who he’s starting to lean on to but- LMAO motherfucker just yeet and now chowon commits suicide but i hope he dies and be reborn in a simple and loving family or go to another country, change, and comeback and ask for a sincere apology and i hope that kyungsoo won’t pester him that time or chowon won’t comeback running into kyungsoo’s arms cause i ain’t taking that shit. find someone who can help you, love you, care for you, understand you and be there for you when you need him the most. see y’all next chap bye

It's really difficult for people with schizophrenia who have no family support to recover or find a reason to take their meds. Chowon has a lot of signs of schizophrenia, so I'm guessing that's what he has. His actions aren't his fault, as his thoughts are not his own. Not talking his meds are his fault.
