The one on the far right with the ears up is the girl & the one in the middle and the far left are the boys . They each are different you'll see in the upcoming chapters they're not identical but they do look alike.
You'll have to wait and see Hwa Gok & Lee Bin as grandparents & you're going to see a lot of Ino & Khakia.

If yall were confused with Hwa Gok & Lee Hwa wait until you learn the babies names ... Anyway you'll be able to tell the difference between the babies as the chapters progress... like you literally have to be legally blind to not be able to tell the difference
