Although this is fiction, if it follows similar time period laws: women cannot inherit anything. If she had a boy it would be different but right now, she has no claim to anything unfortunately
But didnt he already pay back her debt? If so he is no longer necessary. She doesnt really need to inherit stuff anymore.
