Depends on what you like
I don’t like harem it’s horrible. I like isekai stories like this one but any good fantasy story (that doesn’t have harem) will do. I’m a really big of the manga called “Berserk of Gluttony” which isn’t isekai but it has the same vibe as this one. If I had to be specific the best would be one where the MC is strong/powerful from the start or early in the story.
I'm going to give a variety and I will add something next to it if needed.

Last one (I forgot it oops) Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou (it also has an anime)

isn't that the one with the man having a girlfriend (i think that shorty is his girlfriend i kinda forgot) but there still two girls (or maybe just one) that still wants to win his heart they are kinda in a compitition (there's 3 girls fighting for his love including his girlfriend cuz she can't afford to loss to the other two) OvO

I've ways been a big fan of isekai stories just because I'm obsessed with fantasy and magic. I spend alot of time looking for isekai stories that don't have an annoying FL or a harem of girls that follow the MC. Its not that 9 hate them its just the fact that most of the girls are to cliché (I say that even tho I read isekai ) or have big breast sizes, I get the fact that people can have big boobs but like cooome oooon nobody has the boobs the size of 3 heads okay... isekai does get alot of dislike from the people who don't like a repetitive concept like "going to another world" (like transmigration or reincarnation plus rebirth stories) but thats the whole reason I like it, since there is so many people who want different in isekai the stories go all over the place, for example "I got reincarnated as a spider" or "that time I got reincarnated as a slime" ( thats a great anime too btw) but in the end people still don't watch/read because of repetitiveness. Sorry I got carried away
