I hate the seme? If he's dating the sister, then he's cheating on her with her own brother and is completely non chalant about it. Plus this is his childhood friend who's life he is ruining with a scarring first relationship of this nature. Even if they aren't dating, it's even worse, because he snuck to her bedroom and ran his hands along "her" thigh indicating that he's in an almost sexual like relationship with her even if they aren't official.
