hi! no it's actually easier to add it from the page, when you click on the manga, there should be a add to list button in green, it's on the middle of the page on desktop and on mobile it's there if you scroll a little, you can also write reviews from there

Is there a way to add manga to a list from the manga's page? Or can I only do it by searching it from the list I made?
