I think her foundation is done that way on purpose. Cause in Asia (or South Korea in this case), pale skin is a beauty standard. This in addition to her attitude and the fact that she had plastic surgery shows that she's really insecure and feels a strong need to conform to the beauty standards. Also, I've actually seen kpop videos (not saying they're all like this) where the face make up is considerably lighter than their neck, so maybe it's a thing there?
i mean i'm chinese so i can attest that there are a shit ton of whitening products but basically there are literally only 3 shades of foundation that are super close together in color so that could also be an issue. it's really common for schoolgirls to have a white ass face and a dark ass neck

I'm just referring to why I think the artist specifically coloured her like that in the webtoon when the others look completely fine. I think it's to show that she goes to extremes with this just to fit the 'beauty standard'.
