I think he wasn't there nor has he heard Nakyum. It's just the servant Kim who heard Nakyum screaming for Seungho. The panel where Seungho sat by the window smoking was just a flashback of servant Kim, where Seungho told him not to speak or open the door for Nakyum
I think that's right but I'm not sure after because right at the end he is there next to him but I don't know if that's straight after?
I think that scene happens after Nakyum falls asleep, so it is abit later. God I really hope Seungho let's Nakyum explain what happened and doesn't just take his rage out on my poor boy

when NK is shouting for SH, is SH there that whole time and NK didn't see him? or is him being there at the end a skip in time a bit after he yelled and has fallen asleep? bc if its the first damn thats so cruel hes just been kidnapped and now hes woken up in some mysterious place where nobody will even answer to his screams (இдஇ; ) no wonder hes clinging to SH's robe that's the only proof he might not be about to die rn..
