Some basic ones would "Say I love you", "Kaichou wa Maid-sama", "Kamisama Hajimemashita" and also "Kimi Ni Todoke" There's also "Vampire Knight". A light hearted comedy that I have been reading recently is "Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki Kun". It has a recent anime adaptation as well (Some funny yaoi jokes as well. Wink wink).
