in this omegaverse all alphas, betas, and omegas can get pregnant (male or female), so yuuri (who is in fact an alpha) can have kids, but it's slim to no chance because it's hard for alphas to conceive from the start, plus victor (who is an omega) has a low chance of getting someone else pregnant.

yeah it’s the opposite. yuri is hiding the fact that he’s an alpha by saying he is a beta. so yuri IS an alpha.
