Yess I'm thinking the exact same thing! I want them to be a couple, not a family. Not now. In omegaverse I do like the concept and the idea about having a second gender and that there is variety in sexes, sexualities and biological genders and all the possibilities that comes with it in regards of storytelling. But I don't like that many potentially good omegaverse stories goes with the same trope. Be it omegaverse or shoujo-manga or whatever, having kids before having a third date doesn't feel right. Yes, that's the whole thing in bl omegaverse, men can get pregnant.. but how about getting a good relationship at first. I would like to see them struggle with the cliché dilemma "what sort of present should I get for our anniversary" etc before getting into the family-stuff
exactly!! They always rush too much. I'd like them to take their time and be realistic.. not just repeating the same trope of having one or two dates and constantly just doing sexual stuff and then suddenly "I'm feeling a little drowsy today" "omg wait I'm pregnant!?" and then they show a little bit of the pregnancy and then jump to them going into labor. I wanna see the cute trivial stuff first and the ups and downs of the relationship even and them then finally coming together to get married and THEN have kids. Like it just feels like it'd be more emotional that way? Or something like that? Just not too rushed like it usually is.. ╥﹏╥
ok so everyone's excited for a baby and I'm all for it but... dont you just want to see them do cute couple stuff for a little bit? Like up till now it's just been drama then fucking then fighting then fucking then drama and fucking again. Sometimes at the same time... and now that they're together and got all the other stuff out of the way they can finally get together to do cute stuff. Like holding hands or going on dates or just taking walks in the park... they can date and get married first. Then the baby.... cuz i feel like every bl omegaverse couple like literally gets together for two seconds and then they already have a baby... Like dudes chill there's time for that laterr (⊙…⊙ )
