he’s a sacrifice for the shadow monarch, so when it says “ur going to disrupt the kings slumber” it’s not talking abt Jinwoo it’s talking abt how the shadow monarch is going to go into jinwoo’s body and jinwoo will become nothing. And when it says the thing abt the other hunters it’s more like a warmup basically saying “I’m back here now” but jinwoo doesn’t even become the monarch in the dungeon bc he kills the Angel/statue

but the monarch isn’t even that bad it was all the Angel trying to make him as a sacrifice and that. The shadow monarch makes jinwoo more op without messing up his own self/soul
