I know.. im more into josei now as compared to the old days. I get put off by some shoujo now :(
Same, I used to eat shoujo up until I came back and looked at them later as a 19 yr old... let’s just say a lot of them are really badly written and problematic overall
It’s so hard to find good straight manga romances these days, especially for older MCs
