Right? It was never explained really, so I was confused non-stop.
Even the part of her being the real daughter was never explained, just mentioned. And we even heard her say her mother said this and that...which confused me even more since we also never heard where the hell she is.

The writing isn't the best with that alone. But it's still passable.
