Well what Mookyul meant was that him didn't have penetrative sex, when he said "the president didn't like any piercing hole on his body" , I think they only did foreplay and oral so neither him or the president was the top or the bottom, because the president feared to go any further, albeit Mookyul wanted to because he was grateful to the president, and is one of the reason why the president didn't want to deepen their relationship. Even in the main "totally captivated" story I didn't like the part with the president, while he was togheter and already in love with Ewon, he still continued to meet the president (and at that time i was certain that they had a physical relationship) and that situation made me feel uneasy and I didn't like it.
