so some are confused about what dispatch is. Basically in kpop dispatch is like a whole group of stalkers that will literally follow you every where to the point they even follow an idol while they buy some banana milk at the store. dispatch is also known to expose idols like "a is dating b", " c was a bully in blah blah". after that there are the sasaeng fans in which they are the most obsessive fans that would do anything, I mean anything to be an inch close to their idol.
