The only one I know of is Genwaku no Kodou and there is blood (but - spoiler - it is not between the main couple - but in a triangle...) Good story though.
Biting: Totally Captivated (seme has some kind of biting fetish), Teirui Makura chap. 2+3 (uke literally bites fingers off) and you could try vampire yaoi like Deep Bloody Night or Kohitsuji Project...
Naono Bohra´s mangas have lots of older characters but they are mostly uke... the only older seme I remember right now is in Mahou Tsukai no Namida but check out her other mangas as well ;)
