I'd say just read the stories of the side characters (Dojun & Heesoo, Blondguy & Chowon (I seriously couldn't find or remember his name, sorry). I don't like the main couple but I enjoyed the story of the others. Although it will be a bit confusing what's going on without knowing what happened exactly but I don't think it would be that hard putting things together. But of course I could be totally wrong.
So last time I read this I think I read the first 20-30 ish chapters I can’t rly remember I just remember dropping this story around when the baby (can’t remember his name) got introduced to the seme’s family, but is the story worth reading rly cause I honestly could not stand the main couple and just sorta hated their story so would it be worth it if I were to skip the rest of their story and just go to the side story because from reading the comments recently it seems way more interesting
