which part is confusing for you? i saw some ppl consider this manhua an omegaverse but the author hasnt ever mentioned a thing about abo. they just mention that xu ci nian has a womb inside him even tho he's a male. thats why his father calls him a 'monster'. i think ive read before about a male getting pregnant. it's rare but it's a real life situation.
correction. in a real life case certain males can have reproductive organs. but not sure about getting pregnant.
