Compared to S Flowers or Sadistic whatever, this one is pretty good. The only one better than this is Lady & Maid which I just found recently. (Definitely recommend, no plot, just dudes in maid dresses getting the praise they deserve)

I think a lot of people read it as toxic because it is definitely a brat and brat tamer dynamic. I personally think it is pretty cute. It gets messy sometimes but all the relationships in the story do.
