He didn't send the legs intentionally. It was an accident. Jian Yi called him while he was in the middle of something. It's exactly like the time Guan Shan dropped his phone while talking to Tian on the toilet.

I've been reading 19Days since basically the beginning and I don't think a lot of you get how big of a development the pic Jian Yi got is. Ee're so used to Tian He being rough and teasing Mo. (And obviously Tian has a thing for him but I don't think he'd acty force him like some of the comments are thinking.) BUT the fact that Zheng Xi sent that pic of his own accord is HUGE and I will not stop screaming about it till the next chapter comes out
