Spoilers ahead, so stop here if ya don't wanna ruin the suspense.
First off, Miko pisses me off. This manga takes a realistic approach to everything, so this isn't a gag comedy manga where kicking Masaomi in the balls can be laughed off so easily. He didn't even do anything, that's what gets me the most, and she never apologizes or suffers any consequences for her repeated abuses. Reverse the genders and it's obvious how wrong that behavior is.
15 years is too damn long!
I hate open-ended endings. If I wanted to "imagine their future" I could have stopped at any point in reading the story and done just that, but guess what? I continued reading, not just because I want to know "what will happen", because that can often times be obvious in a story, as it is implied in this ending, but "how it happens"! When an author ends big plot threads with a shrug and a wink, they're just being goddamn lazy. It's not deep to be ambiguous, dammit!
