I dont think that was fluent korean, I think he said it in his nati e language because the speech bubble is different
that's true !! but the speech bubbles also change depending on the mood like when jooin is talking or flustered they get kind of wavy but when cain is excited they get extra bubbly also when he said i tricked you it was in regular speech bubble, that's also why i'm confused and wondering

i feel like cain can speak korean fluently , the way he said "Oh! I was hoping you'd " when jooin offered for him to stay over, and then quickly went back to speaking broken korean, also i'. assuming when he told jooin he was sorry for tricking him that was spoken in korean as well which seemed pretty fluent. His interactions with yahwi as well like he knows exactly what he's doing hehe
