haha, perhaps she aged badly? Or made him use a nick-name? Perhaps she and sensei broke up before he grew up?
After finishing the manga I thought that Kamijou and Tsugumi(the couple in chapter 14.5) were like the reincarnations of the Maiko and Yuu. Since they saved Haruka, that sort of changed the course of history a little and the couple didnt meet in the same place, manner, or with the same experience.
But I'm almost positive that I'm wrong lol. I just like to think that way cause I wanted them together.

Secondly, if she is still bouncing around time then that would not be the happy ending we want dang it! XD So I am going with timey wimey stuff is why he didn't recognize her :P
How come in the future Touya didn't recognize the name Maiko or Iko? Wouldn't she have been his aunt? Other than that I thought it was great. A much more original concept than most.
