They are 8 years appart so if Haru is 25 then Ren is 17.

By the way Haru was 23 when all four of them moved into their new house after Ren came back from canada after leaving on christmas. Thats where I got their age difference from. And in latest chap. Haru is 25 and after that its just simple math. (=・ω・=)

the newest chapter in Japan is set in October and Ren is 17. He's turning 18 on Christmas Day (in manga)
