He didn't get isekai-ed. He just entered a tunnel connected to Aitheria (probably the real backside of the shop). I guess it was Nobu's guardian god's doing.
The scenery doesn't not look like a tunnel. More like a forest with a series of traditional Japanese red gate/ Torii. And assuming that the Nobu is situated inside a walled kingdom that is not the real backside of the shop.
