His brother pushed Heejae coz he wanted to go to Taekyung not the meeting that his brother wanted him to go. At the end they argued and Heejae brother slapped him with forced and his head hit with the hard wall. He hurts very bad at that time and he run away from home to go to Taekyung and accident happened.
So solely what happened Heejae was caused by his brother
