Actually I have no found it. Maybe I've mixed up two different mangas cause it's so similar but... I don't REMEMBER where I've read that last scene where the seme is willing to go with the uke if he just looked back... It looks very much like the story described by OP apart there is no marriage here. But this story is heartbreaking, the Uke looks so lonely and the Seme too... I love that Author very much and will read her other stories. This brings nostalgia.
I just finished reading it and u r right it does look like the story from the description, no i am sure its the same story. I was doing ok at the end of chpt 5 I was like he is still hurt but he seems to be moving on slowly but chpt 7 other guys perspective BOOM it hit me with emotional waves

Also you can try reading some other manga by that author. I really liked her, especially her bukiyou na silent which is a cute manga. And another one with the bow or smth idr the name.

Description: It's about two bestfriends who were very much in love with each other since highschool. The uke wanted to confess during their class trip, the seme wanted to confess as well so he drank some liquid courage. He ended up throwing up on the beach. A female classmate helped him out which was kinda funny but from a distance the uke saw it as two people sitting on the beach having an intimate moment. The seme ended up dating the girl who helped him thinking it was better to preserve his friendship with the uke. Of course the uke decided to step back as well since the seme seemed happy. They slowly drifted apart and met at a reunion years later. They were still in love with each other. The seme by then was engaged to the same girl thinking it was the next best thing. They both hoped the other would confess or say something but they went their separate ways without saying a word. The end was the scene were the uke was walking away. The seme kept hoping he would look back. If he would just look back he'd throw everything away and confess but then he went back in just when the uke decided to look back.
