Hmmm I don’t think he still loves him per say. I honestly think what Kyungsoo said just triggered him and he started talking nonsense without thinking bc during his mental breakdown & when he passed out he was thinking of Kyungsoo, not Dojun. I think there’s still a bit of obsession there cause he won’t heal overnight but I do truly think he actually likes Kyungsoo now.

That's exactly what it is! He just had the habit to think that way, but what he said during breakdown wasn't his real thoughts. Changing your mindset takes quite some time, but people forget that and start judging before trying to understand what's going on
