Help!

I'm trying to find a yaoi that has about 3 couples that are related in some way. The seme of the first couple is friends with the seme of the second couple. The 2nd seme own a gay bar or something and took in the uke after finding him in the street. The ukes of the 1st and 2nd couples became friend and hang out together. The third couple is about an sickly employee that worked at gay bar and fell in love with the seme that was taking care of an old man. Thanks in advance!
