The manhwa is confusing. I hope the author is not confused herself. What I gathered so far from the raws is that. The guy with the green eyes was the main seme in another book and was in love with the the blonde haired guy, they were childhood friends in that book too but I guess something happened and the author changed him to the present childhood friend seme who seems to be in love with the blonde haired guy. The sex maniac guy doesn't have a story yet. And all them know that they are in a book. And the author in the book looks like this red eyed bottom. The red eyed bottom doesn't like the main seme, he is just using him so he won't die. The author in book finds out that he can't control the characters anymore.
