Guys chill down, he not have any cancer or anything. I think he just feel tired and sick that's why he had IV. I remember was read one article that some Chinese students took IV ( maybe exhausted or stress) before the most important test in their country.
And I think this episode is really great, after 6 years obviously they can not be as much passionate as beginning, but what's more important is appreciation and love for each other which keep them together
