MY THOUGHTS AS WELL i think they might have meant 30 cm or 20 cm ?? so he was probably 148-158 maybe

Asian boys can be very small and short and dont tend to be fully grown until their mid 20s. For some comparison, I am 5'8" and have yet to run across a high school boy that is taller than me. if the average high school boy is 5'5", that makes him a foot shorter, not than uncommon for kids who have a somewhat delayed puberty.
