Before that, I THINK THIS STORY IS SO CUTEE AND GOOD

Ok now, here's a thought. This story could go both ways.

What if Ichigo's frail heart never fully recovered and despite his surgery being a success, there remains to be some complications? Then, after the confession scene in the forest, Hirono did continue to run away only to find out the next day that Himekawa/Ichigo was missing. Turns out he had a heart attack while being haunted by his traumas (e. g. Thunder and his mother's episodes, Hirono's retort about him dusgusting, his past and everything else), they just hit him. So when Hirono finds out about what happened, he panicked only to be informed that Ichigo barely survived and managed ti call for help and is in a critical condition in the hospital. Hirono goes to visit him only to miss the chance... Because when he reaches the room, all he could hear was the lack of beating from his heart.

And so, for the second time, Hirono fails to fulfill his promises again. However, this time, there's no chances left.

As much as I hate sad endings, this sounds so good and it makes my heart ache. I love it
