I heard Run with the wind is really good! I think it might even be animated by the same studio as Haikyuu? But I'm not sure.
kouko no hito (rock climbing), cross game (classic!), eyeshield (football), diamond no ace (baseball) - these are all good. Had to think about these as I havent read in a while.
