I don’t think he will kill Kang even though Kang wants to be killed by Lee. I think Lee will teach him things in order for his murderous tendencies to go away. Like the classic trope in some mangas with a person who smokes cigarettes stops smoking them for their significant other, and when they want to smoke they will kiss their lover instead.
