The MC Ex is Xue Yu and I think Hu Penh is the manager for Jiang Sijun.
Xue Yu is Yuan Mu's (transmigrated as Cheng Jiangmu, mc) former lover. Jiang Sujin is the guy Xue Yu cheats with, later they plot to kill him.
Hue Peng is Jiang Sujin's trusted follower who does things for him without question and does the deed.
Zhao is Cheng Jiangmu's bodyguard/personal assistant assigned to him by Huo Yi.

Okay I like this once but the name/characters are confusing. I am currently at ch 80+ so... Who is the MC ex? Xueyu or jiang sijun? How is Hu Peng related to them? Who is Zhao?? Their faces is almost similar to each other
