not so much evil, as just arrogant and with a narrow set of experiences. she's very used to being adored and getting lucky. Like these little kids who do bad deeds but don't know better, because nobody ever scolds them since they are so adorable and cute. She's just taking things for granted but not actively plotting evil.
P.S. Which is honestly just as annoying as if she was doing it on purpose and she's not a good person, but calling her actively evil is a bit much. There are worse adversaries..
