the speech about being friends was because Naruto thought Sasuke did it with him not because he felt real love but with feeling of gratitude towards him, Naruto doesn't want to tie-up Sasuke with his feeling since he doesn't know that Sasuke had regained his memories....and then the speech later about being friends....
