Detective Conan (lol):
on-going, for now around 780+ eps., episodic, many fillers (anime originals), might get bored easily., many clever tricks, there're some bizarre scenes, can learn many crime-related things, some romances.. But if you want, you can just watch the canon (based on manga) episodes.
One of my favorite anime.
I don't really recommend this anyway (for some reasons, i.e.: long, time consuming, boring fillers, etc.)..
- One Piece: Action, Adventure, comedy, drama, fantasy, shounen, super power
- Yu Yu Hakusho: Protagonists battle demons. It's from the same mangaka who wrote HunterxHunter.
- Ranma 1/2: In order to carry on the Saotome school of anything-goes martial arts, Ranma is engaged to tomboyish Akane. But hilarity ensues when Ranma is cursed to change forms between a girl & guy when he comes into contact with cold or hot water.
- Inu Yasha: A high school girl falls into a well and travels back to ancient Japan. She teams up with a demon to save the world.
- Fairy Tail: Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy,Magic, Shounen
- Tsubasa Chronicles: A group of 5 from different worlds must travel to different dimensions to gain back something important and return home.
- Gintama: Action, Comedy, Drama, Historical, Parody, Samurai, Sci-Fi, Shounen
- Natsume Yuujinchou: Natsume must return the names of spirits written in the "Book of Friends" he inherited from his grandmother. His bond between both humans and spirits grows stronger.
- Yakitate!! Japan: If you like Shokugeki no Soma you might like this. It's a comedy about baking bread.
- Beelzebub: The strongest juvenile delinquent finds a baby boy which turns out to be the demon lord's son. Now he must raise this zapping baby into the next demon lord that will destroy the human race.
- Mushishi: Mushi are the most basic forms of life. They have no other purpose than simply "being" and are neither good nor evil. Ginko is a Mushishi, one who researches Mushi.
- Glass Mask (2005): Focuses on acting; similar to Skip Beat
- Code Geass: Even if you don't like the Mecha genre you might like this. It focuses on psychological warfare.
- Hajime no Ippo: Boxing
- Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: The story of the Joestar family as they battle bizarre enemies.
- Kindaichi Case Files: Similar to Detective Conan. Kindaichi is a high school boy who solves mysteries often in involving murder.
Sorry, I need to suggest this too...
- Monster (Urasawa Naoki): Dr. Kenzo Tenma is a brilliant brain surgeon working in Europe. His decision to perform surgery on a little boy instead of the mayor ruins his life. But things go awry when a series of murders occur around him all pointing towards the boy he saved.
im looking for a good anime series, one with loads of episodes to keep me entertained
