The money was never reported and they had no proof that he was doing illegal things before the whole murder thing. So other than the murder he wasn't charged with anything else. Not sure about the family thing though.

So, not that I didn't really enjoy this considering how much I like psycological things, but seriously. They caught the murderer. Okay. The white haired guy who stabbed you was the murderer. Okay. But you got out of jail that easily? What about all your illegal money that you got from your boss and the dead family that made you want to leave the business? I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GOT OUT OF JAIL THAT EASILY FOR COLLECTING ILLEGAL MONEY!!!!!
Are there laws or something I don't know about, or what? Did he sell out the other guys to get less jail time? WHY?
