In the raw Amy only told Alice that Iruma is kipping a secret from him so he doubted Iruma trusted him but he was also worrying Amy would came back to hurt Iruma ( Alice made a fire wall at all times to protect him).
Iruma eased his worries later but he still has not told him he is a human
