I actually don't think that was the President in the first chapter. Why would the President, who was literally having dinner with them before, say "you're as pretty as the rumors say"? That makes no sense. Plus, if it was the President, he wouldn't have been faceless. My guess is the creep in the first chapter is the guy in charge of the gig they got in the second chapter. And Kousuke can only be suspicious of Misaki because he has been so scarred by his experiences in the music industry, that he can't see an innocent relationship between the President and Misaki as anything other than Misaki "sleeping his way to the top".
Of course, I'm only guessing at this point and could be completely wrong but I don't think the Pres. is a pedo.
